    01. Description

    The GCM-01-M02 is a specialized control unit designed for the automation of swing gates. It manages two DC motors (up to 24V) and provides advanced features like soft start/stop, obstacle detection, and Bluetooth-based configuration via an Android application.

    The system is designed for high reliability, featuring overcurrent protection, dedicated inputs for safety photocells, and support for external control commands (Open, Close, Stop).

    03. Wiring & Connections

    Power & Motor Interface

    The main power supply is connected to the primary AC terminals. Motors M1 and M2 are connected to the high-power DC terminals. Ensure the polarity matches the desired opening direction.

    Safety & Control Inputs

    The unit features a dedicated terminal block for safety and manual control:

    • Photo 1 / Photo 2: Inputs for safety photocells (NC contacts).
    • Open / Close / Stop: Manual push-button inputs (NO contacts).
    • 12V / GND: Power for external accessories and sensors.

    Fuses and Protection

    The board is protected by two main fuses: a 2A fuse for the logic/accessory circuit and a 10A fuse for the motor power circuit.

    04. Configuration

    Bluetooth Module

    To configure parameters, the HC-05/06 Bluetooth module must be connected to the dedicated header. Jumper J12 must be shorted to enter configuration mode.

    Android Application

    The "ASEC Gate Config" app allows you to adjust:

    • Work Time: Individual opening/closing duration for each leaf.
    • Delay Time: Delay between the two leaves to prevent overlap.
    • Overcurrent Limit: Sensitivity for obstacle detection.
    • Soft Start/Stop: PWM-based speed ramping durations.
